so we started off Sunday the 8th heading to golden gate park. i was very excited about this because we had not yet made it to the city ( everyone calls san fran that is only 45 mins away the city ) cause of a lot of rain. so we head in, upon getting there we discovered the trouble with going to golden gate park after 12 on a sunday, everyone does the same thing. so it took us about 1 hour to find a parking space( i was about to call it quits ) we found it and then alex and three kids in tow found us. we walked with the kids into the park. ( note: alex dates a very nice lady named jen and she has three kids, ben, lydia jane, and rachel. and alex has his own kiddo named david ) on this day jen had to do some girl scout things with rachel so it was me, shan, alex, ben, lj, and david at the academy.
we wait for alex to get parked, and the kids run around the lawn in front.
we get in side and it is huge, there are three levels and a living roof in the place. sadly we could not go into the rain forest or the planetarium, due to being full or closed, but we will go back some time. we did however see the aquarium and the living roof.
